- hand-painted bonbons may differ from displayed photographs,
- product dimensions and weights are approximate.
Such variations do not constitute defects.
4. ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Delays caused by:

- public holidays,
- or courier operational issues
are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
9. HOT WEATHER & TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
Chocolate is highly sensitive to temperature variations.
During warmer seasons or deliveries to high-temperature destinations:
- products may soften or partially melt during transit,
- despite insulated packaging and cooling precautions.
Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping temperature-sensitive products.
10. FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT INFORMATION
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Where delivery cannot be completed due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address details,
- incorrect telephone or email information,
- recipient absence,
- failure to answer delivery attempts,
- failure to collect the shipment,
- refusal of delivery,
- or failure to cooperate with the courier.
11. DAMAGED GOODS & CLAIMS
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any issue relating to:
- damaged goods,
- melted products,
- missing items,
- incorrect products,
- or delivery concerns
must be reported within twelve (12) hours from the recorded delivery time.
12. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products, personalised items and customised gifting products, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellation requests may only be accepted before production or dispatch has commenced.

The following additional terms apply to:
